This initiative, designed to champion diversity and inclusion in today's contingent staffing enterprise landscape, has been developed in close collaboration with Bryan Peña, the visionary founder of Defiant Solutions. The Pathways Diversity Council sets itself apart with its exclusive focus on invite-only talented procurement professionals and influential industry leaders with a focus on providing opportunities for disadvantaged and under-represented groups. This innovative approach brings together decision-makers and thought leaders with a shared commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and social change through work, representing a significant leap toward fostering systemic change within the contingent workforce. With semi-monthly meetings, this council provides a tailored platform for sharing best practices, forging meaningful connections, and receiving real-time feedback to enhance PTP's services and the industry overall.

The Pathways Diversity Council is the second council established by Primary Talent Partners. In Fall 2023, they collaborated with industry partner Omni Inclusive to establish the Contingent Workforce Inclusion Council (CWIC), a diversity group for contingent workforce suppliers.
